Steps to Complete 2023 League Franchise Renewal
1. Click on the link below to complete your 2023 Franchise form once you have determined the number of your 2023 teams in each age division.

2. Click on the “Online Franchise Renewal” link;
3. Enter your league franchise number (Yxxxx) and zip code to pull up the league admin screen;
4. Before entering teams, click on the edit link next to your league name as shown below and enter current contact information for your league officers:

Finally, enter your regular season teams and your fees which are computed for you, choose your method of payment, enter date first league games will be played, and the number of games scheduled for each team. Enter you name and title to go to a payment screen and print pdf of your franchise form which will automatically be emailed to your state and district director.
